Onna Chan – Make Up & Hair Artist

Onna was born into a Chinese artistic family, her great-grandparents being Chinese Opera Performers and an Aunt who owned her own Beauty Spa provided Onna her start at the age of four. Her precise hand and a love of colour steered her towards the makeup profession even while majoring in art and design in college.  A classically trained violinist and love of music has contributed to her creative process. Her keen interest in science provided a platform for understanding healthy skin and products.

Onna’s background and experience with Make Up For Ever since 2007 has given her the ability to master a variety of styles from body painting, to bare beauty no makeup look with strong editorial, trendy and glamorous while always keeping the look current and makeup elegant.

Whether if its print, advertising, editorial, a commercial, a music video, celebrity carpet appearance or a television interview in HD/4k/8k Onna seamlessly adjusts her technique to the individual and is an experienced team player. Onna’s success and joy in her field lies in her simple, effective approach: she makes everyone look and feel beautiful in their own skin.
